Questions

Before you ask.

What ages is Play Society for?

Ages 0 to 12, across three worlds. The Play Galaxy is built for 3 to 12 year olds, the Landing Zone for 4 to 12, and Little Dreamers is a softer, protected world for babies and toddlers from 0 to 3.

Do I need to stay with my child?

Yes. A Responsible Adult remains on site for the whole visit. Play Society is not a drop-off venue, which is also part of why the café is worth sitting in.

Do we have to wear socks?

Grip socks are required for anyone entering the play areas, adults included. They are R50 a pair, they are reusable, and you are welcome to bring your own Play Society pair back on every visit.

How long is a session?

Sessions run 90 minutes, with start times every 30 minutes. Arrive about 15 minutes before your slot so the full session is yours.

Is there parking?

Yes. General centre parking at Chartwell Corner is free.

Can I book a party or a private hire?

Yes. Party Pods are available for birthdays and celebrations, and packages are being finalised ahead of opening. Register your interest on the parties page and you will get them first.
